Other things to note the guest would have to arrange their own portable washrooms, décor and catering. You may also choose to arrange liability coverage if you choose to bring in outside alcohol for the occasion.

Catering companies can use the area for preparing food for the event provided they take full responsibility for any mishap and clean up after the event.
